  • Do I need to be home while having my house cleaned?
    We always welcome you to be home to get to know our team, but it is not necessary. Most of our clients are not home during the cleaning service hours, which are 8 am-5 pm. We ask that any pets living in the home be secured prior to our crews’ arrival. Please also make us aware if a security code or spare key is required for entry
  • What packages do you offer?
    We offer several different cleaning packages to meet your needs. Our Standard Cleaning is considered our general upkeep service, while our Premium Cleaning package provides a more detailed clean. Our Move In/Out package provides a seamless transition when moving in or out of your home.
  • What should I do with my pets during the cleaning appointment?
    We ask that you let us know ahead of time how to appropriately clean around your pet. If your pet is aggressive or nervous around new people, we ask that you keep them in a secured area to ensure the safety of our employees.
  • What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    We understand life happens! Please call or email us within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies/products?
    No, ProPerformance Cleaning provides all equipment necessary to complete your cleaning services. We are proud to use Green cleaning products that are safe for your home, family, and pets. However, if you have any specific cleaning supply request, please make them available for our crews prior to cleaning date.
  • Who will be cleaning my home?
    Our dedicated and professional uniformed cleaning specialists will be responsible for your desired services. All our specialists are fully trained and insured.
  • What items do you NOT clean?
    We customize each cleaning to your needs, so that you do not pay for unwanted or unnecessary services. We typically do not provide services the following items: -Organize mail, clutter -Clean animal feces/urine -Clean dirty laundry -Steam clean carpets -Clean fireplace -Pantry Organization -Fridge Clean Out
  • What if something is missed?
    Please call your account executive or the office as soon as possible to notify us and we will schedule a time for our team to return.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Each service is tailored to your specific needs. Some common factors include house size, number of occupants, pets, cleaning frequency, etc.
  • How do I make payment?
    We accept payment via check, cash, debit/credit. We accept all major cards. To save time, you can make payment on our website.
  • Do you offer a referral program?
    Yes! We have our Refer-A-Friend discount. You will receive 15% off your next cleaning when you refer a friend or family member to ProPerformance Cleaning* *To receive 15% off, referral must book a service with ProPerformance Cleaning.
